Integrative Trauma Coaching blends evidence-based somatic practices with intuitive guidance, energy healing, and soul retrieval techniques to help you heal trauma through your nervous system. This work is especially supportive for therapists, healers, and spiritual practitioners carrying unprocessed trauma, as well as those with complex PTSD seeking deeper healing beyond traditional talk therapy. Sessions are personalized to meet you exactly where you are, providing nervous system support, practical tools, and spiritual insight for meaningful and sustained transformation.

Initial intake includes relevant trauma history, energetic assessment, and somatic tracking. Free 30-minute consultations are available if needed. Limited sliding scale options are available for those impacted by oppression or financial hardship.

Our goal is to create a safe space of comfort and healing so that it is easy to trust, relax, and rest. When the physical body is comfortable the energy body will be open to receiving the nurturing and restorative support of Reiki. For your session, you will lie on a warm table, fully clothed, and covered by a blanket.

At our practice, clients benefit from Izzy Swanson’s unique approach. As a Somatic Trauma Specialist, Izzy has the ability to feel and see how trauma manifests somatically in the body and creates instability in the nervous system. By combining the skills and training of somatic trauma healing with traditional Reiki, Izzy works collaboratively with clients to identify and treat these stored protective patterns.

Receive the benefits of Reiki anywhere! Reiki can be channeled across time and space. Reiki practitioners can create a connection between themselves and the person they are providing Reiki for. Distance healing can be given no matter how far apart the practitioner and the recipient are from each other. This type of healing is ideal for someone who may not be able to come in person for a hands-on session.

During a distance healing session, your experience will be similar to what you would experience in person.  You will be able to rest comfortably within your own space as you receive Reiki. You may feel the movement of energy around you or you may transition into a state of meditation. There will be time for discussion at the beginning and end of your session.

60 Minute Session: $150

Children can receive the same benefits from Reiki as adults do. Reiki can promote a sense of calm and inner balance for your child. It can also enhance focus, reduce anxiety, and promote healing in the body. Reiki for children is non-invasive and physical touch is not required. Children will be able to get comfortable sitting or lying down. Parents are invited to participate in the session. This service is available for children ages 0 – 11 years. Children 12 years and older are able to enjoy the benefits of a full Reiki session.

30 Minute Session: $80

Professional Development sessions are available to individuals and students who are seeking to develop their knowledge, skills, and experience with Reiki, trauma-informed care, energetic safety, and spiritual business practices.  

These sessions are personalized and self-paced to prioritize connection and collaboration. Together, we will help you define goals, build skills, and create processes that nurture and support your personal growth. Professional Development sessions are ideal for new students and graduates seeking to expand and maintain their personal and professional practices. These sessions are open to any individual at any stage of their journey. Beginners are welcome. Sessions can be conducted in person or virtually. 

Izzy is a Somatic Trauma Specialist and Trauma-Informed Reiki Master with over 13 years of experience in professional practice. Izzy has led workshops, retreats, and immersive courses. 60 Minute Session: $150

Our nine-month, hands-on training program is designed to help students build a strong personal practice and connection to the flow of Reiki energy. Classes are provided in an intimate group setting with additional mentorship from instructors. This allows us to teach students how to understand what Reiki feels like and to develop their unique gifts and abilities. Our format of Reiki meditations, guided exercises, and hands-on practice is supplemented with lessons on energetic safety, energetic anatomy, and trauma-informed spiritual care.

A Custom Healing Experience offers a uniquely flexible and personalized approach to healing, designed to meet your individual needs. Your session can include one or more of the following modalities: Reiki, Integrative Trauma Coaching, mentorship, and guided meditation. You are free to use the session time as you wish, whether focusing on personal growth, trauma recovery, or energetic healing. Reiki provides relaxation, balance, and nervous system support. Integrative Trauma Coaching blends somatic practices and intuitive guidance to address the expression of trauma in the body. Mentorship provides support for personal and professional growth, and guided meditation offers tools for grounding and self-regulation. 

How It Works:
You reserve a session time and may come and go as you wish during your appointment. The session allows for a maximum of 50 minutes of Reiki treatment, with the remaining time available for discussion, coaching, mentorship, and guided practices. Fees for this service are non-refundable, and your appointment may be rescheduled one time only.
