Integrative Trauma Coaching
What is Integrative Trauma Coaching?
Integrative Trauma Coaching blends evidence-based research and trauma-informed somatic practices with intuitive guidance, energy healing, meditation, and soul retrieval techniques.
My work exists at the intersection of mental health, trauma, nervous system regulation, energy, and spiritual practice because healing is rarely just one thing. Rather than treating the mind, body, or spirit separately, Integrative Trauma Coaching recognizes that they are deeply connected and deserve to be supported together.
Trauma doesn't simply live in our memories. It can become stored within the nervous system, shaping how we respond to stress, relationships, safety, and even moments of joy. Understanding your nervous system is one of the foundations of healing because when trauma happens, your body naturally moves into protection and sometimes it stays there long after the danger has passed.
Healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about helping your nervous system recognize what safety feels like, allowing your body to gently release protective patterns that once served a purpose but no longer need to lead your life. As your nervous system begins to feel safe again, you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath survival.
My Approach
Healing is deeply personal, and no two journeys look the same.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences. There is no expectation that you arrive with all the answers or even know where to begin. Whether you're navigating trauma, chronic stress, grief, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll move at a pace that feels supportive to your nervous system.
Together, we'll create a space where healing feels safe, grounded, and sustainable. My role isn't to fix you. It's to support you as you reconnect with the wisdom, resilience, and capacity for healing that already exists within you.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I bring my lived experience to this work.
I know what it's like to feel disconnected from yourself. I've navigated my own experiences with trauma, addiction, chronic illness, and neurodivergence, and I understand what it means to carry pain that isn't always visible or easy to explain.
Those experiences deeply shape the way I hold space for others.
I've come to believe that the most meaningful healing doesn't happen by avoiding our darkest places. It happens by gently turning toward them. The places where you feel lost or broken, where you carry your heaviest burdens, or where you've come to believe something is wrong with you are often the very places where your greatest strength, wisdom, and transformation begin.
I know that the power and resilience of your soul, the truth of who you are, and some of your greatest gifts all exist within the parts of you that carry your story.
That journey is what led me here.
My own healing taught me that true transformation doesn't happen by pushing through pain. It happens when we finally feel safe enough to meet ourselves with compassion. That belief is at the heart of every session I offer and continues to shape the way I support every person who chooses to work with me.
Integrative Trauma Coaching
I created Integrative Trauma Coaching to offer a safe, compassionate space where people can heal from trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
These sessions blend practical, trauma-informed tools with intuitive and spiritual practices, creating space for both meaningful insight and lasting change. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about gently returning to the person you've always been beneath survival, stress, and protective patterns.
Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or looking for support alongside therapy or other healing practices, we'll work together to create an experience that feels supportive, collaborative, and personalized to your needs. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more connected to yourself, more regulated in your body, and more confident in your ability to move forward.
Healing doesn't require perfection. It simply begins with taking the next step.
Who Is This For?
Integrative Trauma Coaching is for those seeking trauma healing that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Many clients choose this work to complement therapy, medical care, or other wellness practices, creating a more holistic approach to their healing.
This work may be especially supportive if you're navigating:
Trauma, chronic stress, or burnout
Nervous system dysregulation
Anxiety or emotional overwhelm
Feeling disconnected from yourself or your purpose
Patterns that no longer serve you
A desire to deepen your healing alongside other therapeutic or wellness practices
It can also be especially supportive for therapists, caregivers, healthcare professionals, healers, and those who spend so much of their lives holding space for others while carrying the weight of their own experiences.
If you've been carrying more than you were ever meant to carry, you don't have to continue carrying it alone. Healing doesn't begin when you have everything figured out. It begins the moment you decide you no longer have to navigate it by yourself, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Who Is This For?
The Seven Elements are the guiding principles of Integrative Trauma Coaching. Together, they create a flexible framework for healing that honors your unique experiences, needs, and pace. Rather than following a rigid process, we'll move through these elements in the way that best supports your nervous system, allowing healing to unfold naturally and sustainably.
The Seven Elements of Integrative Trauma Coaching
1
Safety
Establishing psychological, emotional, and energetic safety as the foundation for healing, beginning with the creation of a secure and attuned relationship between client and coach.
2
Connection
Rebuilding relationships to the body, emotions, and soul through a safe, supportive connection with self and the practitioner that helps foster trust and relational repair.
3
Understanding
Developing a deeper understanding of how trauma has shaped your nervous system, beliefs, and patterns while making sense of your experiences alongside a compassionate guide.
4
Support
Creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, understood, and supported throughout your healing journey.
5
Release
Facilitating the gentle release of stored trauma, emotions, and energy, supporting the body, mind, and soul as they move toward greater ease and balance.
6
Restoration
Creating space for the restoration of your inner truth, resilience, and sense of self as healing begins to take root.
7
Integration
Embodying the fullness of healing by consciously weaving restored soul parts, inner wisdom, and balanced energy into everyday life, allowing wholeness, presence, and authenticity to guide the journey forward.
What To Expect In A Session
Clients are supported through somatic techniques, such as breathwork and grounding, as well as energetic tools for boundary setting and clearing, and guided practices to reconnect with lost or fragmented aspects of the self. Sessions may also include soul retrieval work, intuitive reflection, or spiritual guidance, depending on the needs and comfort level of the client. This work supports individuals in gently exploring emotional, physical, and energetic imbalances, guiding them through somatic awareness, inner reflection, and energetic release.
These techniques help connect the body and emotions with compassion, identify and release trauma stored in the body, develop skills to regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of self-trust. This process is client-led, respects the natural wisdom of the body, honors each person’s unique healing pace, and emphasizes autonomy and choice throughout the journey.
