Alex's understanding of energy work, combined with her training in Swedish massage and medical lymphatic/lymphedema therapy, allows her to offer a unique and holistic approach to healing. In addition to Reiki, Alex offers home-delivered lymphatic massage, providing a gentle and supportive modality for physical and emotional release. Courtney Ely is a trauma-informed Reiki Master, dedicated to teaching the practice as both an energetic discipline and a lifelong path of self-development.
After completing the Reiki Intensive Training Course several years ago, Courtney felt called to deepen her path through close mentorship and apprenticeship with Izzy, refining both her intuition and her relationship with Reiki.
Alongside her Reiki training, she holds certification in Western herbal medicine and is currently studying astrological herbalism, bringing an appreciation for plant medicine and natural cycles into her understanding of healing.
With an approachable teaching style, Courtney emphasizes energetic safety and a supportive learning environment where students can explore their intuition with confidence.
